Outer TIE RODS - interchangeability?

I need new outer tie rods fast and since ae86 isnt common here stores might have other tierods in stock (other toyotas etc.). According to the original toyota epc, none are the same, but according to some other catalogues, others should fit (newer corolas, carinas,celicas etc). Is this true? Which can i use?

KE corolla stuff fits 79-84 or so RWD. Probably not much help but its a start.

Ebay.de has ae86 ones..but it'll take some time. Why the hurry?

i know they are interchangeable with other Toyotas and also Daihatsu Charmant A
i bought some from ebay and they do fit

Good news i got it! By an act of god might i add through a sequence of highly unlikely to happen events, they had 1 piece in stock

NoHachi much appreciated! But according to EPC the part code is 45460-19125 which is only found on AE86's and some other rwd oldie toyos like the kp6x and ta7x.

Interestingly i found that exact part number, the one you listed - to be a perfect match via some other catalogues, but i checked the part and it is different - usually much shorter and with the outer stopping nut.

anyway all is good, i got the part!

@Robo: yeah the t3 stuff is nice, but is also 6 times more expensive + shipping. I got this part for 20 euros.
