the oem unit that came with ae86´s its a one way lsd...and for what i know, you can only feel it in the rain, better than none i suppose...
i´ve ordered a Tomei 2 way lsd from JonT...when it arrives, i post about it |

well, i spun also a few times in rain, still need to adjust to my clutch (non-wanted shiftlock in wet corners doesn't make you happy )
And i even haven't got a LSD "It's all about the heart, the people who focus on parts, turbo's and all that stuff...they're just losers." -Shinji Minowa |

Tofu: i dunno, i think my lsd has gotten pretty worn out by now but i can still do nice doughnuts on dry; also i feel locking of both wheels when "drifting" in 1st or maybe sometimes in second gear..
i dont think you can do nice doughnuts w/o lsd.. |

You can certainly feel the lsd on dry roads...only they often are worn to the point where they wont lock properly in right-corners. Also they need more persuading in the dry to get them to lock up..you can ask Kristian about that. I thought the ae86 lsd's came in both 1 and 1.5 way versions..
