Speed Sensor Location?

I'm having a problem with the speedometer not working in my 86 and one thing that was suggested was that I check the speed sensor.

Anyone know where the speed sensor is located? Everything else works on the dash so it makes sense that the sensor might be faulty.

If you have the analogue cluster the speedometer cable is going from the gearbox to the back of the speedometer. The back of the speedometer picks up the revolutions of the cable and translates them into the speed. So the sensor is inside the cluster itself.

If you have a digital cluster the sensor is inside the gearbox and sent electronically to the cluster.
