about Crankshaft again
I know this has been often discussed here , and I 'v searched in forums here .
But ,it's not very clear to me .
I'm in the same situation as my friend last months: Boken crankshaft at my last rally competition . It"was" a small one(13401-16010) : 40mm journals 18mm piston pins.
I'd like to fit the big one (13401-16020) 42/20 mm.
Which car should I look to find happyness?
Can I find small crankshaft in 7 ribs block ? Or do all 7 ribs contents big crankshaft?
I guess ae92 from year 91-92 would be the solution (here in Belgium of course ) but is it alternative on other Toyota Models : Carina , Avensis , Celica ( MR but so rare here) .
I of course need the rods and pistons too and probably the block.
7age is forbidden to me , as i'm must stay under 1600cc , following the competition rules
Thanks for your help
Phil
