well, if you wanne swap your gearbox you might as well take the engine out ?
It actually depends how far you wanne go. If you wanne swap the engine then you need an engine and a tranny. If you only want a manual gearbox you need to remove all the electronics regarding the automatic transmission and find a fitting transmission. (I believe the original T50 gearbox fits) Download the workshop manual form our site so that you can find out if the measurements are correct. You can find them trough the main site.
