Sounds like your thermostatic idle-up valve under the throttlebody is
either stuck/failed closed, or maybe it has been deleted. Either way, it seems you are not getting any extra air bled into the intake manifold to raise the cold idle. Do you still have two small rubber hoses taking water to the valve, and do they get hot when the engine is warmed up ?? Cheers... jondee86 |
