Hmm ok, lets if we can shed some light on this.
The 4AC shares the same enginemounts and ancillaries as the 4A-GE... The way to tune the 4AC is by: Wilder cams Better carbs or probably just a rejet from the current ones Slightly modified ingnition.. Better headers So whatever happens, you'll be doing those things to your 4AC to get any sort of power out of it. Now if you are serious about this, you might as well slap those parts minus the cams onto a 4A-GE. The price of the cams should get you a nice bluetop and the carbs eliminate a lot of the wiring issues. Then you would have the nice twincam powerband and revvability and the beautifull sound of carbs on such an engine. FABRICA MI DIEM, PVNC! |
