if I may, as your engine is still out and empty. You could smooth the surface below the cylinder. You will see that one of the main oil canals has a not so clean exit into the lower part of the engine.
I heard from an engine builder that it decreases drag if the surface of the bottom of the engine is cleaner. (some engine tuners use a coating to achive the same effect quicker than sanding/grinding it smooth. I did it on one of my project engines and it takes time and a good cleaning.
