You can get the crankshaft spigot bearing from here:
http://www.striker-cars.co.uk/rawshop/ they also show a bellhousing but you need to be a little bit careful about bellhousings as some (RM sport) were made specifically for the AE86 but some copies are, I believe, more of a generic Ford to Toyota design. There are threaded holes that allow fitment of the Toyota clutch slave cylinder onto the bellhousing and the Toyota clutch fork is used with the slave cylinder as normal.
