Yeah if you're lowering it heaps for looks, just forget about spending money on handling.
It's going to be shit to drive either way so you might as well buy some beers or something instead.

There's a Mitsubishi Sigma or lancer or something which has lower control arms that fit a Carina to give wider track at the front... But I dont know exactly which model.

Definitely the cheapest option though.

If you want heaps of camber then there's no cheap way to go about it though.

Need adjustable camber tops, but then you cant move the struts further towards the towers by much without narrower coilover springs.

Selling your wheels and buying some that fit better is going to be the cheapest option but I'm guessing that's not what you're going for here.

What size wheels / tires / etc? What shape Carina?

P.S. When you're bored of your undrivable stance car that's ground itself into the road... Sell me some Carina parts haha.
