I would feel the best place to go would to be some dynamat (or similar bitumen based adhesive sheets). Spread on the flat surfaces of the boot floor, underneath the rear bench and see how you are getting on from there.
Acoustic carpet or filler can be had for cheap as well to supplement your boot carpet. Your exhaust hangers will also transmit noise through vibration so if you've upgraded, you might want to revert to OEM or equivalents. I've heard some people have also had a limited reduction from wrapping the exhaust. Not sure how worth while it is...
