TBH mate, it was a trick my old mum used on the house windows! We lived in London so you can imagine how crappy the windows got, works a treat to get the grime off, you might want to use somthing like the Blue Autoglym (as Jezza suggests) to finish them off and get rid of any streaks. Best of all it wont harm any paint or rubber.
