Well , I was thinking about a 7 ribs block, but if it revs slower , that won't be very interesting for me . The old 3 ribs block is very reliable too , but
with high mileage , there are no miracles . Getting high comp pistons is very expensive . They come from US , Hong kong or else , and each time I buy there , i'm caught by belgian customs. Example of my last purchase on Ebay : a small port adapter plate . I pay 51 dollars (without shipping ) and the belgian customs charged me a 37,75€ for it .That's about the same as the item value! Yes , a 4AG(EULZTE) is very nice and pleasant and I wouldn't change for else , but when I ' driving in rallies races , cars like ma are rare and out of fashion . The winning cars in 1600cc classes are : Peugeot 106 16v Citroen Saxo , or Opel Corsa(Nova) gti. Due to their new generation engines and low weight . My Ae86 weight is ...: 1125kg , and I wasn't in!And the above cars all weight between 800 and 900kg. But i'm a RWD driver and handbrake addict .. That's all folks Filh Filh Save the RWD cars |
