help, engine dies at startup - (56k Warning - SOLVED)

Hmm..the valves on the rightmost cilinder look a bit off compared to the rest.Almost like some coating has been burnt off, maybe it's just my imagination. Looks like you aligned everything just fine, although it's hard to tell with the distributor after it's been out.
