Maybe the coil is bad? Dunno. If you're sure you have fuel and spark, have a sniff at the exhaust. If there's a lot of fuel vapor coming out, it could be the engine is flooding with fuel. Had this on a friends car a few years back. It refused to start, so we pulled the efi fuse and ran the starter long enough for the plugs do blow dry, then reinstalled it. It then fired up on the first try.
Oh and by the way, if those pics of the cams are with the engine at TDC, then something is wrong.. at least if they are the stock cams. You should be able to see a dimple in the camshaft through the oil filler hole with the engine at TDC. FABRICA MI DIEM, PVNC! |
