This is a case where it would be better to have opened a new topic, but what the hey. I've driven on poly bushings for over a year, and you get used to it pretty quickly. The first time you drive with them on, you'll notice lots more small vibration coming trough the car, but I think it gets better over time.
Mine havent shown any damage over 1,5 years of daily (ab)use. Furthermore, they cost fuck all to replace, so who cares if they dont last for years? The originals often cant be bought without getting complete new suspension arms, and would cost a fortune. TRD is rare and expensive too, but the best of both worlds in durability, stiffness and comfort. Once you have already installed poly bushes, it is easy to replace them. It's getting the old rubber out that's a pain in the arse. So go ahead and buy them, I havent heard from anyone else with cracked bushings, and some have had them for over 2 years now. A bit of maintenance (cleaning/greasing them up) once a year would probably make sure that they dont get damaged soon, since it's often the metal bits getting rusted in place that destroy the bushings.
