Should be much the same as making your own brakelines. Try looking for a write-up for that if you cant find anything on fuellines.
I've done brakelines myself, and it's not too hard. You can make your own bends by hand or use a special tool, but if you dont make sharp bends then doing this by hand will be fine. After you get the pipe routing sorted, you need to cut the line to size (using a pipe cutter, often included in flaring tool kits), put the fittings over the line, and then use a flare tool to flare the ends of the line into shape. That's probably the hardest bit, since the inserts you need to use for flaring can be quite fragile.
