I dont see why it should cost more than 100 USD as long as you use the cheaper copper tubing instead of the nickel-tin stuff. You could also get a partsshop to make some lines to size for you as an alternative.. over here some shops will do that for you if you provide them with info about the length and what fittings to use. Then all you need to do is bend it and your done.
