check this for a summary of used oils in the 4AGE/4AGZE (and well, the complete driveline
 ).http://www.aeu86.org/viewtopic/ae86/p/95842#95842 opinions about best oils are plenty, but most agree: just use the oil grade that is stated in your booklet.
