Weir Performance offers halfshafts for Hachis. I´m sure they´re able to make some in 4x100.

If you don´t want to spend the money on new hubs and get new shaft made up for 1000000€ just get them redrilled, any decent machine shop can do it.
I´ve seen the front changed to 4x108 (Ford), no dramas.
There is loads of room on the rear, you´re going smaller it so even better. jsut remeber that the disks need redrilling as well on the rear.

There is nothing wrong with redrilling!

So you answered your question yourself...

New alloy hubs with the right studpattern and custom shafts from Weir.

I just bought a 4,7 CWP from Weir and it took 2,5 weeks from payment to arival it, not to bad considering its from the states, goes through the customes etc...

What wheels are you going for? They must be epic if you thinking about going through all this!

Eifelaner, try and find Spence from Dwarfcarproducts on the dwarfcar forums. He used to have a website online with dwarfcar rear axles. Very nice conversion to fully floating at approximately the same price as the weir stuff.
The fully floating conversion strengthens the axle by feeding most of the tire forces into the axle casing. It also allows you to change rear camber and toe by simply adding shims under the rear hubs. They are custom built, so it would be easy to change the pcd on the hubs.
