94 corolla major electrical problems

when i tried to start the engine everything goes off in the car like a dead battery. Checked bat and it's good, next remove starter and had it checked, it was also good. With starter removed installed battery and all lights worked, turned key and heard starter relay clicking. Installed starter and attempted to start the car and again all lights went out and no starter relay clicking. Checked all fuses that were accessible all looked good. What should I do next?

Possible weak wire somewhere, or grounding issues? Don't really know, that's the kind of issue that'd drive me mad if it happened to me. If the relay is clicking without the starter, then it's not ignition issues, which would've been my best guess....

engine ground or chassi gnd? Checked both, good gnd. When connecting bat terminals, sometimes small spark, sometimes not. When spark lights will turn on, if no spark no lights will come on.

check the ground from the battery to the body..
Also, check the ground to the engine and check your + to the starter... (big fat red wire to the starter)
