A new plan 4AGZE
So a plan was made for a na 4AGE build, I have been saving heavely for the build.
And then a friend who works in a garage asked if i wanted to sell a 4AGZE. Because the sell didnt go really well he asked me if i didnt want to buy the engine. And then i was thinking,a 4AGZE so close to me,i will never get then chance again,so i bought it ... so here i am,the entire plan out of the window and a 4AGZE bought. Now ofcourse i have to come up with a crazy idea to have both the rally version and the track version of the 4AGZE. =>stock 4AGZE with the 4AGZE ecu no psi ups for now =>possible scless version for the rally =>remove gze intake and install 4AGE bigport intake =>remove as much as possible junk'' from the 4AGZE and install 4AGE parts =>no bypass but switch for sc on and off =>fmic =>will need a stronger gearbox =>replace the old driveshafts So far i have been researching and removing parts from the engine the gearbox will probably be a w58 been asking arround for a bellhousing and kit for it driveshaft illegal garage one piece(if i can get it here from usa) sc bracket will be modified so a bigport intake manifold can be fit,will help wonders because the 4AGZE intake looks like crap bigport cams or tomei 256 degrees cams some pictures of removing parts water? the beast removed unnes parts |

Don't go single piece driveshaft if you can't do adjustable end links. The pinion angle needs to be perfect.

From reading the posts the one that bought it are happy with it so far The driveshaft can also be custom made here is the link http://forums.club4ag.com/zerothread?id=49963&page=1 How hard is it to get the pefect pinion angle? |

4agze without sc won't have lot of uhmpf cause of low compression ratio. Don't know if that's suited for rallying, have you thought about that?

A new plan 4AGZE
@Buda,
I kinda already bought the engien so its not for sale anymore @bozu Well im not sure where the article was again but they stated that a scless 4AGZE has 75 pk and ?nm 4% comes from the lower compression a bit from the cams most comes from the crap gze manifold so i was thinking bigport cams or 256 tomei cams bigport manifold If i manage 100pk and ? nm or close thats all that needed for the devision that i am in |

Setting pinion angle with adjustable links is peanuts. 15 minute job. Without adjustable links i think it isnt even possible. Wrong angle = terrible vibrations that will kill the gearbox's output bearing eventually.
A drive shaft shop in Belgium will fab up.a two piece conversion in a jiffy. Max does the same thing with his local driveshaft shop. No need to pay for shipping. A wheel to steer the front of the car A pedal to steer the rear |
