Yes, if you have access to a laptop, then all you need is to buy the 200 dollar LC1 with lambda sensor (just the LC-1 is 150 dollars), Then you install it in place of the stock sensor, wire it in place and set the outputs up as you wish. For example in your case 1 output for narrowband simulation, and 1 for datalogging. If you have a narrowband EFR gauge you can check if the narrowband simulation is working correctly.

First have a look if your car uses a lambda sensor in the first place. If not, then you will just be using the wideband for logging (or you could use it in combination with a standalone EMS one day). Then check if you exhaust header has a bung welded into it for easy installation of the sensor. If it doesnt, you'll have to get one welded on it yourself.
Fine tuning: you also have an (S-)AFC, so the same goes for you as for nmwisima. Connect the datalogging output to your laptop, and start driving around under various conditions. There is software that you can use to analyse your data, which will tell you where to make adjustments. Then it's just a matter of repeating the process until you get the settings perfect . By the way..a little disclaimer is appropriate here:
AFR is NOT a good way of gaining power in a new setup..It should be approximately ok (around 1:12 to 1:13 == λ:0.7~0., but changing from 1:12 to 1:14 does not gain you a lot of power.. (there is a nice graph somewhere in Corkey Bells books). Its more a way of managing temperatures and burnrates in your engine..Real power is made through changes to the timing (moving the pressure peak around so it can do the maximum amount of work..). AFR is then used to keep EGT's in a safe range and possibly surpress knock (slowdown burnrate..not the way to do it properly mind you..) Try megatune on the megasquirt forums..might not be 100% plug and play, but some hard work and sweat, typing in values by hand, could work out.
