Glad you like it Smile.

Plate that goes to head is made on waterjet, if anyone need drawing let me know.
I have both smallport and bigport, since I still can't decide which head to go with new cams Smile

Have you planned anything to secure your ITB in place ?
Because I know that the vibrations of the engine can disconnect the ITB to the pipe, especially with a long one like yours.
(one of my friend had that kind of problem with is FCR carb)

Will try with silicone hoses and clamps.

It was pain in the ass to weld 1.5mm wall tubing, but welder was skilled enought to pull of this:

Waiting for upper rings, will weld them soon.
Then a bit of biax/dremel and to install it. Hope to feel the difference Big Grin

Been searching for a good header for months/years.
As I couldn't find we decided to do one:

Made of 40mm (37mm Id) stainless T304 pipes with mandrel bent tubes.

Friend is a skillful velder:

40mm tubing (37mm ID) / Slip on collector / 4-1 design / 700mm runner lenght

In place:

Hope it won't be colorless too long Smile
Collector output is not finished, not sure if i should run 55/60 or 63mm.
I'm closest to 60mm..

Does anyone know, why some headers have restriction cone after collector and than they go back to standard exhaust diameter ?
Think they call it taper.

Should i try with that option ? Maybe 40->60 (collector) -> cone to 55mm -> cone back to 60.5mm ?

Thanks
