There is a small nugget on merge collectors in there.. Basically they work as reducers. Exhaust pulses come into the collector one by one. If the jump from runner->collector->exhaust is too big, you get flow losses and big reflections. Doesn't do much for peak hp, but lots for torque. Take a good look at s2ki, something called the gern-midpipe/ gernpipe. Adding it shows huge midrange gain and no header adds any more power over the stock one after adding it. Weird stuff. Wow, everything looks great man.
Your suspension and exhaust looks awesome, nice job. That dash is just bad ass. Where did you find it? Have you thought of maybe adding some v-band clamps instead of a one piece exhaust? For ease of maintenance down the road if anything happens. |

Just for sake of balance [no offense meant]: I think that dash is an abomination.

Regarding dash, friend made it custom for Impreca GC used for drag. In that car made in carbon it looks like this:
I wanted something similar, but didn't want to pay custom job. Tried mold if it will fit, found it will and we made plastic one for me pretty cheap. It was to wide, but after bit of trimming it fits just fine. Dirt cheap because we used existing mold. Current state of mine AE: I plan to cover dash with black flock, put some switches on it and see how it looks. Car will be hardly run on streets, and for trackday or even some real racing it should be ok. Will see... soon i hope . Btw. it runs: One nice pic showing current condition: p.s. welder friend finalising exhaust: |

Thanks, for underbody at least
It is loud, but i expected it to be much worse since that Supersprint is from racing series, full straight-through 64mm ID. Rest, from header to muffler is 60mm OD. |
