Best set of coilovers for the AE86
i say a combo of a front coil and rear shock and spring like a trd with hts set up, or the t3 full coilovers. those are my favorites.

Best set of coilovers for the AE86
heshan Wrote:I run TRD springs - coilovers in the front end - and adjustable TRD shocks. Some say that Swift springs are better and the McNSport shocks might be a good option to TRD as well. HTS should be great as well.Jan Pedersen Wrote:you can choose the best shocks and pair them with the best springs. I could get TRD from day to day and since price wasn't much higher than HTS and lower than Swift I went for it... Thanks Jan. I'm also currently looking for a set but can't decide between a custom or the Greddy's as they seem to be as popular as the customs.

To me it depends quite a bit on spring rates. Do you want 8 / 6 kg/mm? If you rather want something else then you might just as well go custom.
Personally I like springs a bit softer Sarcasme is just one of the things I offer Daily driver: '92 Toyota Carina E GTI Rebuilt project: '86 Levin hatch |
