Header 250€
Apexi WS Universal Muffler 150€
2 1/4" Pipe and mid muffler 300€ (a lot more than I initially expected because I made a lot of wrong decisions)

Looks good.
The exchaust sits very close to the propshaft and rearaxel.. Doesnt it hit when you turn or with heavy load in the car?

It looks that it's close to the prop shaft and rear axle, but it isn't. The nearest is 5-7cm, and the rear axle doesn't play that much. I've tested the car with 4 people inside, going in a bumpy road and i had no problem whatsoever.

oldskull the sound isn't so deep. It's a little more metallic. I'll try to record it soon!

Because it isn't easy (for me, that i don't have short stroke conversion suspension) to have a compromise between having the pipe far from the ground and far from the rear axle.

I don't say that it isn't doable, but it gets a little expensive if you keep trying different distances...

I'll keep trying to help as much as I can. But to be honest, if I knew what I know now about exhausts... I might have kept the stock exhaust for a looooooong time.

No bang for the BIG buck.

Well, my car went to dyno again.

I've tested two different settings:

1st:
- Ignition timing at 10º BTDC (stock)
- Intake cam at stock angle
- Exhaust cam at -4º (retarded)



2nd:
- Ignition timing at 14º BTDC
- Intake cam advanced 5º
- Exhaust cam advanced 4º

Engine specs:

~ Camshafts - HKS 272in/264ex
~ KN Airfilter
~ Tsudo 4-1 Header
~ 2 1/4" exhaust pipe with mid muffler, ressonator and Apexi WS universal
~ Everything else stock (pistons, injectors, no fpr, etc)

Right now, I'm disassembling the head to install the 0,5 mm TRD head gasket, to do some porting, change all guide bosses with copper ones, 3 angle valve job, and shave 1mm off.

Then i'll try the same cams, and if the torque doesn't rise, i'll just throw in a 256º in the exhaust.
