LOL! I didn't spot the jack!
Okay, then the gap is a bit big... Then get some 195/60 or 195/70 to fill that gap! > 1983 - AE86 Sprinter Trueno - import project 2013 - Honda Civic sport - daily driver 2004 - AEU86 dot ORG - daily domain Support our forum, buy from the AEU86 shop: |

F**k the gap Doc, just drive it untill the tires are gone. This way your car will have a lower COG (and be lower) and it'll have more suspension travel at the same time. All good things imho. Please don't ruin it by doing the no-suspension travel thing..I want to see this thing being driven like it used to. Not just posing for pretty pictures.
Just at the company you'll be in. Wheelgap and suspension travel FTW http://img2.blogs.yahoo.co.jp/ybi/1/c6/9...1202222000 Check out the suspension travel and gap on this baby.. why? Beacuse its driven at more then pedestrian speed. A wheel to steer the front of the car A pedal to steer the rear |

Just caught up on this project - looking really good Thomas!
Can I also just say I am nursing an epic boner after also seeing that Land Cruiser! Are they as expensive in the Netherlands as they are in the UK, I know there is a pretty active club for the Land Cruiser in Holland. I would quite literally shit in my own mouth to own one of those! Quote:Check out the suspension travel and gap on this baby.. why? Looking at how low its sitting the arch gap implies that its got more suspension travel than it will have, exaggerated by the fact the front wheels are smaller - its a track car so its going to rock hard ride wise. http://www.eight-six.co.uk - read the blog! hi James, YES they are very expensive overhere!
Luckily the owner of that LC is not afraid to use it properly (the chassis underneath it is bend/broken, because he jumped to high on a track, he told me he's probably the only person EVER to be banned of a track, because of speeding! ). Its running a pretty quick 12H-T engine too "It's all about the heart, the people who focus on parts, turbo's and all that stuff...they're just losers." -Shinji Minowa |
