Doc's KE20: - really coming together now

rooflining is in!!
Pretty stoked with it, it came out waaaay better then i could ever imagine!
Since Dennis and me are amateurs, in my mind i allready settled with a decent install, but this is almost perfect!




after that we refitted the rear sidewindows with new seals.



it really comes together now!!

Btw does you cursom exhaust bolt to the 2tg header?

it doesn't

front half of the pipe was K engine, so it doesn't fit with the 2T-G, i need to go back to Bastech and fix it

as of today, the car is weatherproof again!
Front and rear screens are installed, quite a though job with the rope and massive amount of grease/WD40, but i managed to get the seals and windows in!




Also started on refitting the cage, the cage was to wide to fit between the b-pillars, so i had to pull the legs together to get it in. After that, they didn't fit the holes anymore, so i think i have to push it out a little, now it's on it's place



And since i had the seats at the same place, i couldn't resist putting 1 seat back in and sit in it and making all sorts of VROOOM sounds, it almost has been 3 years since i was able to do that!



And also i made the throttle cable and choke cable to fit to the weber carbs, that works too now!

Feels great being able to sit in a car again ? Doesn't it :)Do you have everything for the engine to get it running? Or will that be a project alone?
