Fitting a TRD/CBY N2 front lip
Hi guys

I just bought a TRD/CBY style N2 fronlip from MCNSports, but when I tryed to fit it on my Zenki bumper, it has a 10mm gab between bumper and lip in the corners. Confused

The question is, how high it should be mounted on the bumper?
Does anyone have some closeup pics or some messurements?

If I should mount it higher, I will need to cut holes in the bumper, for the airducts Huh

Isn't the TRD lip supposed to go with the TRD widebody? They meet the widened fenders, not the stock ones.

A wheel to steer the front of the car
A pedal to steer the rear

Well, not the CBY one, but if you buy the original TRD, it only fit with flares.

I will try to take some pics to better explaine the problem.[/img]

i know your problem, yes you will have to cut slots out of your bumper to allow duct to pass. if you dont want to cut your bumper you could cut the duct back so it passes the bumper bottom. If you dont do either of these the lip will point downwards. I didnt get mine from mcnsport but mine is 10/20mm too big as well but when you actually start fitting it, it will come in also you can fit a longer bumper support bar and push the bumper corners out to meet it. hope that helps

no problem i will do that tonight BUT i am fitting a TRD kit so i HAD to cut slots in the bumper in order to line with the arches/kit properly but you are not fitting that kit so you might get away without cutting the slots? i wouldnt go cutting the bumper if its in good condition when you dont need to?

I have seen alot on your picture, but I can't se how high you have mounted it. Undecided When I fit it without cutting, it have some huge gabs all way around. Mayby I should just fill it with resin and fiberglass
