HELP!!! Tell me what these parts are, car not starting etc

Right just a quick break down. My car has had perfect running redtops and blacktops in it. I have now temporarily downgraded to a blue top and its not working.

The thing wont start from the ignition anymore but I can bridge it from the starter to the battery and it starts fine (just not from the ignition anymore).

Also it took AGES to get it to run/idle, I have now managed to sort that, starts first time (by bridging battery and starter), but is absolutely gutless, has no power, struggles to do 50mph and has no acceleration (0-30mph in about 1 minute!!!)... and generally unresponsive.

I have had the cam covers off to check the cams are opening and closing in the correct order, tried checking the timing belt, checked compression (over 150psi each) changed plugs, leads, rotor arm, cap, dizzy, no joy.

I have however noticed a some plugs/connectors missing?

And this, someone has cut the wires from the back so I'm not sure what is going on there?


Also my reversing light is not working anymore? What the hell is going on???

Ive sorted starter and reverse lights, still running like a c*nt though

Have you checked that you have the correct resistance in the injector
circuits ?? High impedence injectors = no resistors. Low impedence
injectors require the resistor pack in series with the injectors.
