OST-034: Noir Crowning
#2 on left and #1 on the right
On the intake side all I did was knock back the guides, and guide bosses, and made the bowls round to fit/follow the valve seats.... OH I also added a very gentle short side radius.... and opened up the bowls a bit as well. Here we are with 4 chambers, 4 exhaust ports, and 3 intakes finished... it got a bit too hot today, so I'll finish on Monday. More to come.... Dan - You can | .... OR you can ask for help!!! OST-034: Noir Crowning
Hi Dan
I wonder how my head flows compared to your numbers. My tuner says it flows 190 CFM @ 9mm lift and 20" of water...? |

My 16V work tends to get a tick over 200 cfm @ 9mm and 28" Dan - You can | .... OR you can ask for help!!! OST Porting service - http://hachiroku.net/forums/showthread.php?t=19991 |

When I see your numbers then I know there must be something wrong with my builders measurements. No way my 16v is flowing this much. Maybe it is with flowbenches as with dynoes - all you can really use is the delta.

highly unlikely, usually they just plateau i.e. no more useful gains. If you search google for flowbench and 4age you should come across a few other measurements incl. some from Orion (unfortuantely the original uploads aren't accessible anymore)
