Removing interior plastics
Well, now that you´ve snapped one you shoud see were the clips are and focus on them when you´re trying to pull it off.

Removing interior plastics
There are special tools for popping those plastic plugs loose, for the rest it's softly softly catchy monkey. Plastic get's brittle with age, there's always a bigger risk of breaking it at 25+ years under the sun (okay, maybe not in the UK, but you get the gist of it).
