bigger engine??
Am I not clear?
Its not a crappy engine, its crap COMPARED to the S2000 one... I was judging the Corolla TS in GENERAL, with the engine in it, of course. Sorry but thats my experience with the car. Might be a good choice for the Hachi of course, maybe even better that the 20V. Hope that clear things  danielvanderwoude Wrote:looks like the nmwisima joke saved you in the endhttp://www.jdmbits.com |

Ok, what I'm saying is that the 2ZZ is a better engine to choose then the F20C whenever you have a very light chassis..In a heavier chassis the extra kilo's don't matter and the F20 is far superior..
A hachi is kinda on the borderline..stock, I would probably go with the F20C, but in a lightened shell, with FRP everything the 2ZZ would be the better choice. The difference between 50-50 weight distribution with 190bhp or 60-40 with 240bhp..Its one of the reasons that the original car was that good. Regarding the new corolla..big heavy dull FWD..nice shoppingcar. A wheel to steer the front of the car A pedal to steer the rear |

Too bad that they are mega rare..quite nice design. Twincam head with a 40degree included valve angle, but the oldscool metal lump of on engine underneath..That means that they will accept crazy amounts of boost without flexing etc..one of the most popular drag engines in the world.
3S-GTE would be a better choice ofr driveability, fuel consumption etc. A wheel to steer the front of the car A pedal to steer the rear |
