crankshaft timing belt pulley won't come off
Hello,
I have to replace the crankshaft oil seal on the timing belt side. All is removed except the timing belt pulley (not the one for the alternator belt). It just refuses to come off. If I'm correct it should just slide off right? I emptied almost one full can of WD40 on it but still it doesn't move at all. Do I miss something here? What supsosed to be a 2hrs job last already 2 days now and I want to register the car ASAP Any advise? Thanks. |

crankshaft timing belt pulley won't come off
recently I had one so bad that I had to cut it length wise, almost all the way down to the crank with a Dremel, and then I had to split it to get it off

VICTORY
Finally heating, and the 3-arm pulley did the trick plus additional hammering and swearing  Not only the bodywork seems sensitive for rust |
