seems this problem is ony from Japan, and it's a recent update in the regulations because I shipped shock absorbers for motorcicles before, also a friend just got complete suspensions for his rx7 a few months ago...

finally got the shocks from japan, I used fedex economy, cost 23000 for 25 kgs, and they didn't x-ray the box!
