Maybe adapter plate between the bellhousing and T50 ?
Measure length of T50's (primary) shaft also with bellhousing "attached" to T50. |

im not sure. when my brother did the swap, he went up to this place in Belfast that only do clutches and they had one 212mm on the correct splines. i may be confused though and they had 212 plates and changed the spline. ill ask him and find out, it would be so much easier if i was back home.

Today's update:
Some Peugeot clutches use the same splines and are 230mm diameter. If someone uses custom fluwheel - they can fit (in fact I measured 212mm flywheel and there is enough place for 230mm work area). The clutch used in this experiment was Peugeot 605 2.0 8V turbo one, the Peugeot owner said that Peugeot 405 T16 use the same. |

Got my clutch when i was home, he had to split 3 different kits to make one clutch, cost £60 which i cant really argue with cos the guy is always interested in the car rather enjoys making clutches rather than off the shelf. that included the pressure plate and release bearing.

Does anybody know which brand is the AE92GTi factory clutch plate? This is the 212mm diameter, P/N 31250-17020 or 31250-12320 - no difference imho.
I thought it should be Aisin as many other parts and like the AE86 factory clutch but according to a dealer it isn't. I was told it is something like NKK or whatever...
