Note the oil drain to the rear of the head.

This indicates late model block.
Likely high comp pistons, 7rib, 42mm crank.

No oil drain (low comp block, likely 3rib, 40mm crank)

Note that there are many intermediate versions.
7rib low comp blocks etc.

Oil drain is easiest to see to determine block type.
