Using a non LSD oil will make the plates want to grip more, therefore making the diff more like a welded/locked diff than an open one! You can use a slippery additive such as Redline's to "tune" how much slip your plates get. Bear in mind the less slip they have, the quicker they will wear out and the more harsh/noisy the diff will be in operation. |
