the MAP ae86 bluetop EUR engine has 10:1 .
The standard head gasket compressed has 1.0mm if you want 11:1 you should shave 0,5mm your head and use a 0,5mm trd head gasket.... I have a JDM AE92 engine (9.4:1) and the head has been shaved 1.2mm and i'm using a 0,5mm trd head gasket. I think I have something close to 11:1 now .... Using 8.5mm cams th engine is now intrusive, it means that if the engine belt fails there will be a problem, but only if that happens... ( lots of engines have that problem in standard form) |
