Ground for the ECU contains some 7-8 wires... It goes from ECU conector (on the passanger side) to the intake manifold UNDER the injector harnes...
 Check if that is conected well If you don't get any results from it, make a T conector on one of the vacums on the manifold and put a ordinary boost gauge and check at hat vacuum does the light go on... But I don't think that is of an issue here... Good luck
