16V to 20V Blacktop (help!)

Nao... not the 20 valve blacktop. I have the 16 valve smallport
installed. For the moment it is completely standard except for some
weight removed from the flywheel.

Just now I am completing a rebuild of the rear axle and suspension
(brakes, TRD bushings, new bearings, shocks and springs). Next will
be the front suspension, and then I have some engine modifications
planned

About the exhaust, is it a good idea to use the 16V headers with the 20V? I know that they will not fit, but I think that can be fixed

You can use the 16V header but some small adjustments will have to be made. You will have to cut some material from one of the mount holes.

Yes, pilot bearing dimensions :-)
I think that OBX headers from Ebay were actualy designed for 20V engine.
