20V Water setup route
I have painted (badly) a sketch of how I would direct the water passages thru my engine. Is this a good way? Dooable?

yes that's correct but you didn't include your heater flow control tap.

well I hope to be in buisness for many years yet so you can take your time.
If you want to use your original 20v pump them my basic water outlet and a common extenal thermostat can be used. The heater flow cotrol tap is the valve that is bolted to the firewall near the clutch master on the firewall. Here it's as pictured in my engine bay at the end of my airbox. It's the brass colour thing that has the wiring harness go over the top and has the hoses go to it. As the name suggests it turns the water flow on and off for the heater core so that when it's in the fan only position there is no hot water flowing through the core making the air hot. not sure what you mean by that. Your diagram is right bar needing to add this valve beween the back or the top outlet of the engine to the heater core.
