Right hand to left hand
you need dash, dash support bar, engine crossmember, steering rack, and wiper assembly to do it right.
all ae86s have the same firewall, it's only a matter of which holes were cut from the factory. I'm planning a RHD swap on my Levin coupe. I've done all the research on it. |

Right hand to left hand
I've never heard of anyone who would like their right hand drive ae86 to converted to left a hand drive. Always the other way around... Please enlighten me am I missing something here?

You can weld on LHD rack or swap the brackets around, you need to cut, move and weld steering column.
You can get wiper assembly from Europe/US. You can get Heater assembly from Europe/US. Pedal box has to be disassembled, holes blocked, new holes made on the other side and reassemble (Reinforce with some plate on inside/outside for firmer pedal box assembly) US/Europe dashboard, cut & weld dashboard brackets or get LHD dash support. I have to agree, sounds weird and its a PITA but hey at least theres no 2 litre turbo or V8 engines involved 1x AE86 84` Zenki Coupè Levin 4A-GE 20v 1x AE86 83' Zenki Coupe Levin 4A-GE 16v 1x TA60 82' Sedan 2T 8V 1x TA40 78` MK1 Zenk/Pre-Facelift Wagon 4A-GE 16v |
