CBY levin is wet dream of every levin owner, or should be.
Back to the topic.

I have custom made exhaust.
Stock ex manifold till the 4-2-1 parts.
Then flexibile pipe.

And straight through 55mm pipe till the muffler.

Loud as hell (200% illegal), i need to get some kind of silencer.

1000-1400 euros for a full exhaust system sounds normal for Europe. That's how ridiculous we are.... Angry

To put things into perspective:

4-2-1 stainless steel exhaust manifold by HKS (Super Header Type-II, pipe diameter 42.7-50.8, TIG welded) from Takakaira, Japan: 462.6 Euro (top picure)

4-2-1 stainless steel exhaust manifold by 5 Zigen (pipe diameter 42.7-50.8, TIG welded) from Takakaira, Japan: 354.9 Euro (second picture)

As for mufflers and the like...check them yourselves over here
Now, I think it's time the guys over here that charge 700 euros for an exhaust manifold, can starve to death Hurray!

Thats what i meant Zax. Exhausts are just a collection of pipes and welds. Everyone and their grandmother can do nice Tig welds these days, even the 50$ ebay muffler people.
If you are going to spend big bucks, better spend it on something worth it. titanium is light, virtually unobtainable and difficult to weld. Thats why I'm suggesting the CBY system.
A DIY setup is your second best option.

I have a suggestion: you guys sponsor me a TIG welder + welding course and i'll weld together your exhaust. Good idea?

If you come to croatia, i can take you to the "muffler man".
It's well know in croatia, it's called Lastovcic and makes exhaust from inox.

I have the Janspeed exhaust system.
Or at least the parts from the mid muffler with a tuned downpipe.
The diameter is the same as the original and it goes over the rear axle.

The sound is a bit sporty but legal Wink

If I need a new system it would be side pipes Big Grin
So I do not have to worry about lowering the car and if the excaust would still fit or not...

No no no noooooooooooooooooooo
