Street wheel alignment.
Hi,

I'm looking for a good street alignment for my car.
I tried a search but all that turns up is drift alignments.

The local garage only has the fwd AE82 alignment on hand. Sad

Is this from the manual or your own experience?

I've been driving with the same setup since last summer. Except my camber settings are around -2°. Car sticks on the road. Thumbs up!

I run -2 degrees camber, 3.5 degrees caster, o degrees toe. no excess tire wear and real responsive.

A little but nothing excessive.

2.5 camber
2.5 caster (if manual rack) 3.5 caster (power rack)
0 toe. or 1mm toe in.

Toe is what wears tires fast. Camber not so much.

From own expercience, you can add a bit of negative camber for sportier driving, but this was my daily driving setup.

Toe depends on the bushings used as well
Big low offset wheel + rubber bushings = big moment of contact patch drag component around + rubber compliance = toe-out at speed and under braking.

A wheel to steer the front of the car
A pedal to steer the rear
