Hello all
i've just replaced all the bottom end bearings on the gze. what oil do you recommend putting in and how many miles shall i use it for before changing it. The world without TOYOTAs, cant imagine it. |

Running in new bearings doesn´t require any special oil or a special procedure. Just use any 10W-40 and change after 250/300km and you should be fine.

Bearings don't need running in at all (if they wear down, you can throw them away). You could do an oil change to check for particles and such, but really it shouldn't make any difference. Run-in is only required for new piston rings.
