PS I tried Tilton as well, they are identical clutches basically most parts between them are interchangeable. I know you probably have a hydraulic bearing setup in, and the smaller flywheel to suit, but really doubt a multiplate is the way to go...

The tilton are available in different clamping pressures , and it appears the quartermaster is not ,so have ordered one to suit my needs, the friction plates are the same but the tilton are of a different design to the quartermasters as they do not have a continuous ring , the cover plate sits on pedestals instead allowing the dust to escape and not jam the plates .I have raced cars with a twin plate with great success , and with less rotating mass attached to the flywheel it is what I'm after.

You can just mod the cover pivots for different clamping pressures... I always found them a little harsh on gearboxes personally.

Hi the exhaust is made from 2 1/2 inch stainless with a muffler that is used on the TRS single seater cars here(Toyota Racing Series) .I will have another muffler made with an off set in and out and hope that is a bit quieter.

Ah nice, are the TRS mufflers available for sale locally or is it a controlled thing? I was only going to run a couple of resonators on mine, but my have to run a muffler, I guess we will see what the cert man has to say!

Hi there
I have made my N2 kit myself from moulds that I made a few years ago from a genuine TRD kit that came from Japan. I taught myself how to fiberglass it's not that difficult .
