He all!

I'm looking for a better setup, it's now drifting only! (It's only soft setup
and currently not changeble).
But when I want to install other coilovers I got a problem with
the height.

Do you have an advise what to do?

If I lower them the same as the old coilovers I have 1 cm play in the top.

See arrow in the picture.

What exactly do you have now..is the picture of your current setup? What did you mean by the "soft" part? Springrate to low?

The shocks under the trueno are to soft and not adjustable.

But if I install the T3 coilovers I have some space between
the spring and the camberplate (only if i lift the trueno).

So I think I have longer shocks in the T3 coilovers then the
tein set.
Is it a problem to have 1 cm space between the spring and
the top of the coilover?

Just a guess Onyx, but try Techno Toy Tuning

@toypower: Check the length of the struthousings, maybe one is shorter. The cm difference is not a terribleproblem, but you will fail MOT..two possible solutions are: get a pair of longer springs with the same springrate or get a pair of helpersprings (available from whiteline for the ae86, but in reality almost any set will work.

I see. I didn`t check their web properly.

Guys,
I admit I am real rookie on that.

If I would like to have this suspension on my car, what else do I need to order to let it work?

Or is it possible just to "get and change"? Will it fit in chassis just like that? I think not.

So far, expected spendings are 600 + 750 dollars for both sets. What else?

..as I said, I am really rookie.

It should just bolt in...if you want to know exactly what is possible and needed, take a look at this sites faq..I think you'll find it answers most of your questions.

By the way..if you look at the T3 pricing inc shipping, take a look at companies as LEDA, GAZ and intrax as well...similar pricing, but some offer awesome features.

@toypower...same springrate should be softer springrate..so better get the helpers..Do you have any pics of the old setup? Partnumbers etc?

The old setup has nice TEIN coilovers. But I think the shocks must be
replaced.
So I will take these apart and find some better shocks.
